THEY PAY

This option is free to you. We simply charge guests our normal in store prices.

*Note: Requires approval based on size of the event and number of other vendors.

POST PAY

We track number of scoops served and bill you $2.95 per scoop.

*Note: Minimum Number of Scoops = 100. Deposit required at time of booking.

PRE PAY

Order a fixed number of gallons of ice cream for your event and we serve it free to your guests until it runs out. Cost per tub = $85

*Note: One tub normally feeds around 15 average adults or average 25 children. Minimum of 4 tubs. Payment required at time of booking.

*Pre and post pay scooping events include a $35/hr staffing fee plus a $50 trailer delivery and pickup fee.
